Novus MAC Address Management Page

The Novus MAC Address Management Page is used to manage the devices you want registered on the Novus Network at any given time. You may also be redirected here if you have too many computers authenticated on the Novus Network.

From this page, you can add, delete or replace MAC Address registered with Novus Network.

1. Go to the MAC Address Management Page at http://internet.mynovus.ca/auth.php. If you get a prompt for a security certificate, please temporarily accept it.
   
2. Enter your Username and Password provided to you on the inside front cover of Novus Internet User Guide. You will be redirected to the "Novus MAC Address Management Page."
   
3. You will see a list of registered MAC Address. To add new MAC Address, simply type a MAC Address you wish to register, then click on "Update".
4. To delete MAC Address registered, delete MAC Address from the field, then click "Update".
5. To replace existing MAC Address with New MAC Address, delete MAC Address witch you with to delete, then type new MAC Address, then click on "Update".

• NOTE: If you are using computer witch is already registered, and delete MAC address of this computer, your connection will be immediately disconnected. Please restart your computer to re-establish connection with Novus Network.
